Do you ship to parcel lockers?

In some cases, yes — depending on the warehouse, your order may be delivered to a parcel locker. However, this option isn’t guaranteed for all countries or orders. To ensure the smoothest delivery possible, we recommend entering accurate and complete address details at checkout. We'll handle the rest with care.

I’ve paid but haven’t received a confirmation — what should I do?

If you paid with crypto, first make sure you sent the correct asset using the correct network - payments sent via the wrong network can’t be recovered. You can check your payment status here: nowpayments.io/status-page.

If the status shows confirmed but you haven’t received a notification, please contact us for assistance.

If you paid via bank transfer, please note that processing can take 3-5 business days.

My tracking number doesn’t work — what should I do?

Once your tracking number is uploaded, it may take some time to update — it will show progress after the carrier scans the package. If it hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry!

I didn’t pick up my parcel and it’s being returned — what happens now?
Unfortunately, nothing can be done in this case. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, orders that are not picked up and are returned to us are not eligible for a refund or a reship.
