I’ve paid but haven’t received a confirmation — what should I do?

If you paid with crypto, first make sure you sent the correct asset using the correct network - payments sent via the wrong network can’t be recovered. You can check your payment status here: nowpayments.io/status-page.

If the status shows confirmed but you haven’t received a notification, please contact us for assistance.

If you paid via bank transfer, please note that processing can take 3-5 business days.

When can i expect my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after your payment is processed.

Estimated delivery time within the EU is 5–15 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email.

You can't speed up the process by sending inquiries.

My tracking number doesn’t work — what should I do?

Once your tracking number is uploaded, it may take some time to update — it will show progress after the carrier scans the package. If it hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry!
You can also try using an alternative tracking site — we recommend parcelsapp.com

I didn’t pick up my parcel and it’s being returned — what happens now?

Unfortunately, nothing can be done in this case. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, orders that are not picked up and are returned to us are not eligible for a refund or a reship.
