DESCRIPTION
Roche Roaccutane Isotretinoin 20mg is a higher-dose retinoid treatment designed for patients with more severe or treatment-resistant acne. It decreases sebaceous gland activity and prevents pore blockage, making it highly effective for long-term acne clearance.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
- Dosage: 20mg per tablet
• Standard Range: 0.5–1 mg/kg/day
• Duration: Typically 16–24 weeks
• Always take with meals for better absorption
CYCLE USE
Recommended for moderate to severe nodular acne cases. Patients should avoid Vitamin A supplements and alcohol. Pregnancy must be avoided during and for 1 month post-therapy.
