1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Full payment is required before dispatch. The customer is solely responsible for providing correct delivery details. In the event that the details are incorrect, shipment insurance is void. The customer must contact us to change the details before the goods are shipped.
2. PAYMENT METHODS AND RISKS
We accept Cryptocurrency and Bank Transfers as methods of payment, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
Bank Transfer Risk Acknowledgement:
By proceeding with the bank transfer for the purchase of goods, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks due to the sensitive nature of the transaction. These risks include the potential for bank seizure of funds upon reaching the recipient’s account. It is important to recognize that once the transfer is initiated, it will be solely your responsibility to attempt to recover the funds in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
We strongly advise that you exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before proceeding with the bank transfer. While we strive to facilitate secure transactions, we cannot guarantee the safety of funds once they have been transferred. Therefore, it is essential that you fully understand and accept the risks involved before making any financial commitments.
To mitigate these risks, we strongly recommend considering the use of cryptocurrency payments, which can offer increased security and privacy, and will help avoid the issues associated with traditional banking transactions.
By choosing to proceed with the bank transfer, you agree to hold harmless all parties involved in the transaction from any liability arising from potential fund seizure or other related issues.
Crypto Payment Accuracy and Handling Fee:
When paying with cryptocurrency, you are responsible for covering all network (gas) fees. The full invoice amount must be received.
If the payment received is incomplete due to missing or insufficient fees, your order will be placed on hold until the outstanding balance is settled.
In such cases, the remaining balance will be rounded up to the nearest full Euro, and a €10 manual processing fee will also apply to cover administrative handling.
We encourage you to double-check your wallet settings or use the exact amount provided by the invoice system to avoid delays.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or lost shipments unless covered by our optional Shipment Insurance. After receiving the tracking number, the customer must track the parcel and be available to pick it up. Due to the sensitive nature of the items, shipments cannot be returned to sender, and even if they are, the shipment will not be refunded, and insurance will be void.
4. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
5. OPTIONAL SHIPMENT INSURANCE
We offer optional shipment insurance covering loss, damage, or customs seizure. Without insurance, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or seized shipments.
6. RESHIPPING POLICY
The following applies only if shipment insurance has been purchased:
If your order is seized by customs:
- Provide at least a 120 dpi picture of the envelope or letter from customs with the receiver’s name.
- Provide at least a 120 dpi picture of the letter received from customs with the receiver’s name.
- Provide a new shipping address.
- We only reship once.
- Reshipping does not apply in cases where the original address provided was incorrect.
7. NON-RECEIPT OF GOODS
The following applies only if shipment insurance has been purchased:
To claim for non-receipt of goods, at least 30 days must pass from the date of shipment.
8. DAMAGED GOODS
The following applies only if shipment insurance has been purchased:
For damaged goods, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
9. LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our products are solely intended for research purposes.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect only necessary data for order processing and do not share information with third parties.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transportation.
